In order to get to know your brand and future plans a little better, please answer the following questions. The questions are designed to help us unlock valuable insight from within the business and identify what really matters to you.

First up, it would be great to understand where you see the business in 1 year, 5 years and 10 years.

Year 1

Start with more tangible goals (you may even have them agreed already), such as launches, revenue targets, a new dream hire, ideas around building your customer base, investment, new supply chain etc.

Year 5

Growth targets, geographical launches, new customer aspirations, to be category leaders in ???, dream partners, punchy targets, to be no.1 at ??? etc.

Year 10

Think BIG... changes you have made to the industry, impact on people's lives, big exits, legacy, world domination, maintaining core values etc.

Next up, your values.

Values act as guiding principles that shape how you act and behave as a business. When thinking about yours, think about the character traits your tight knit team has, think about any current values and what works / what doesn’t, think about the nice things people have said about the business and think about how you aspire to be. We've provided a separate document that includes a long list of values to help spark ideas. Please read them all carefully, try not to pick similar words that loosely mean the same thing and of course feel free to add in your own. Ideally we are looking for a shortlist of 5.

Now we'd like to explore what you see as the big, bold, world-changing vision for the company. This is about stepping outside of more traditional business and financial objectives. What is the change we want to see in the world?

Some great examples to get you thinking: Patagonia - "We're in business to save our planet" Tesla - "To accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy." Tony Chocoloney - "To make 100% slave free the norm in chocolate" Nike - "To expand human potential."

And finally, please describe what you believe are your 3 uniques as a business. What would your ideal customer say is unique about you? (This might be an existing customer). The individual uniques don’t have to be different from those of your competition. It’s the combination of all 3 uniques that makes you different. No one else should do all 3 the way you do.
